90-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 90 days from the date your order is delivered to request a full refund. To start a return, simply email us at support@sumoria.com with your order number, and we'll send you step-by-step return instructions.
Lifetime Warranty
Every Hestia product is covered by a Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects under normal household use. If your cookware ever develops a defect, email support@sumoria.com with your order number and a short description or photo, and we'll repair or replace it free of charge.
How to start a return or warranty claim
Email support@sumoria.com with your order number and the reason for your request. Please wait for our return instructions before sending anything back, so we can make sure your return is processed correctly.
Return shipping is on us
We cover the cost of return shipping on all returns. When you start your return, we'll provide a prepaid shipping label so you can send your item back at no cost to you.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll send you a confirmation email and process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few additional days for the funds to appear in your account.
