Shipping policy

We're proud to offer free priority shipping on every order — for everyone, with no minimum spend.

Delivery time

Orders are typically delivered within 5–10 business days of being placed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way. Please allow up to 48 hours after dispatch for tracking information to update.

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not able to reroute or refund orders sent to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, though we'll always do our best to help.

Delays, lost, or damaged packages

Occasionally, carrier delays, weather, or peak seasons can affect delivery times. If your order hasn't arrived within the expected window, or if it arrives damaged, please email support@sumoria.com and we'll make it right.
